We believe you should always feel in control of your experience. If you decide that it’s time to step away from VIBR8, you can delete your profile directly from the app. IMPORTANT: Deleting your profile permanently removes your account and associated personal data from our system.
The steps below will guide you through the process. This flow is designed to help you stay informed and in control at every step.
IMPORTANT: Before deleting your profile, you’ll need to cancel any active subscription associated with your account.
If you have an active subscription, it must be canceled before you can delete your profile.
You’ll be taken to your device’s subscription management screen to complete the cancellation.
Once your subscription is canceled, return to VIBR8 by tapping the Back arrow (left-facing arrow) to go back to Settings.
In Settings, under the Security Section, tap Delete Account
A confirmation message will appear asking:
Are You Sure?
Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action will be permanent.
Choose one of the following options:
If you’re unsure, you can always tap Cancel and return later.
